At the time of booking, a buyer has to deposit 51 thousand along with 10% of the total amount within 10 days of booking. Some additional charges like registration fees, stamp duty, and some other charges (if applicable) are not included in this estimated total price.

Hence, this chargeable amount shall be paid at the time of the offer of possession.
